This Privacy Policy explains how AdiMaster processes personal data when you visit adimaster.com, use the contact form, or interact with features connected with third-party platforms.

1. Controller and contact

The website is operated under the name AdiMaster. Privacy-related questions and general contact can be sent to contact@adimaster.com.

2. Website hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted using Cloudflare services. When you access the website, technical information such as IP address, request time, browser/device information, requested URL and security-related metadata may be processed to deliver the website, maintain security and prevent abuse.

3. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, AdiMaster processes the name or display name you enter, your email address, the subject and the message content. This information is used to receive, protect and respond to your inquiry. The form is handled through Cloudflare infrastructure and the message is delivered to the AdiMaster contact mailbox.

The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and technical request checks. Cloudflare may process request metadata, including IP-related information, for delivery and security purposes. Contact messages are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, document the communication, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

4. YouTube integration

AdiMaster uses YouTube services to display and play videos and to retrieve public information about the AdiMaster YouTube channel. When you actively play or open YouTube content, data may be transmitted to Google/YouTube in accordance with their own privacy terms. AdiMaster does not require visitors to sign in to YouTube.

5. TikTok integration

AdiMaster may use TikTok developer services to retrieve and display public content associated with the official AdiMaster TikTok account. Visitors do not need to connect their own TikTok account merely to browse the website. Technical OAuth callback pages used for the official AdiMaster account are not intended as public content.

6. External and affiliate links

The website may contain links to third-party services such as YouTube, TikTok and online retailers. When you follow an external link, the destination provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Future affiliate links may allow AdiMaster to receive a commission when a qualifying purchase is made; such links will be identified appropriately.

7. Cookies, local storage and privacy-first analytics

AdiMaster may use browser local or session storage for functional settings such as language preferences and interface behavior. The website does not currently operate its own advertising or cross-site tracking system. Third-party embedded services may apply their own storage technologies when you interact with them.

AdiMaster also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and a first-party telemetry counter to understand website usage. The internal telemetry stores aggregate visit, day, country-code and section statistics and uses a random session identifier in browser session storage to estimate how many sessions are currently online. AdiMaster does not store visitor IP addresses in its telemetry database and does not use this system for advertising or cross-site profiling. Cloudflare may process technical request metadata as part of delivering and securing these services.

The private AdiMaster analytics system additionally stores aggregated day and hour statistics, section views, referral-source categories, device categories and country codes. Referral sources are reduced in the browser to broad categories such as direct, Google, YouTube or TikTok before transmission. The telemetry database does not store full referrer URLs, raw user-agent strings or visitor IP addresses.

The first-party analytics system may also process campaign attribution parameters (for example utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) and aggregated conversion categories such as social-link clicks, media playback and successful contact-form submission. Campaign values are normalized and length-limited before storage. Full destination URLs, visitor IP addresses and message contents are not stored in these campaign or conversion tables.

8. Purposes and legal bases

Technical processing necessary to operate and secure the website is carried out to provide a reliable and secure service. Contact-form data is processed to handle communications initiated by the visitor. Where consent is legally required for an optional third-party feature, that feature should only be activated after the required consent is obtained.

9. Data recipients and international transfers

Technical or interaction data may be processed by infrastructure and platform providers used to deliver website features, including Cloudflare, Google/YouTube and, when enabled, TikTok. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area subject to their applicable transfer mechanisms and privacy terms.

10. Retention

AdiMaster retains personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, security or dispute handling. Technical logs and data handled by third-party platforms are also subject to the respective provider's retention rules.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when website functions, integrations or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published at this URL.
